Sunset Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Frozen Fruits

01 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
02 - 1 cup frozen mango chunks
03 - 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

→ Liquids

04 - ¾ cup orange juice
05 - ¾ cup pineapple juice
06 - 1 teaspoon optional maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the fruit, both juices, and maple syrup (if you'd like to add it) into the blender to start.
02 - Run the blender at high speed until you get a creamy texture—this takes about 60 seconds. Too thick? Pour in more juice. Too runny? Toss in some extra frozen fruit.
03 - Divide into two glasses. Sip it while it's still nice and chilled! For a fun touch, add a slice of mango, pineapple, or strawberry to the rim.

# Notes:

01 - Starting with liquids helps the blender work better.
02 - Slowly add more liquid until your desired thickness is reached.
03 - Pause to shake the blender so everything gets blended evenly.
