Squash Asparagus Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 6 small button mushrooms
02 - 2 yellow squashes
03 - 2 fresh zucchinis
04 - 1 lb asparagus

→ Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons of dried parsley
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) so it heats evenly and gives veggies a nice roasted finish.
02 - Peel and slice the garlic finely. Chop the zucchinis and squash into chunky 1-inch cubes. Cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces, and slice up the mushrooms however you like.
03 - Put the asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, and garlic in a medium baking pan. Spread everything out so it cooks evenly.
04 - Pour olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle rosemary and parsley on top. Toss everything until the oil and seasonings coat the veggies fully.
05 - Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Stir midway so everything roasts evenly. Once the veggies soften and turn golden, take them out.
06 - Let the veggies sit for a few minutes to cool a bit, then dig in!
