Fresh Kiwi Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 kiwis, peeled and cut into quarters
02 - 1 cup of water
03 - Juice from one lemon
04 - 3/4 cup sugar (adjust sweetness as preferred)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat water and sugar in a pot over medium. Stir until the sugar's gone, then cool it completely.
02 - Blend your kiwi pieces until you're left with a smooth puree.
03 - Press the blended mixture through a fine sieve to get rid of the seeds if you'd like it smoother.
04 - Mix together the lemon juice, kiwi puree, and cooled syrup. Chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
05 - Follow your ice cream maker's steps to churn it, or place the mix in a shallow dish in the freezer—stir it every 30 minutes until it sets up how you like.
06 - Eat while soft, or scoop into an airtight container to freeze until firmer.
