Easy Cookie Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain white flour.
02 - Two tablespoons sugar.
03 - Half a cup of butter, salted.
04 - A teaspoon of vanilla.
05 - 2 tablespoons of milk.
06 - 1/2 cup tiny chocolate chips (semi-sweet).
07 - 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the flour in the microwave with pauses to whisk until it reaches 160°F. Let it cool off.
02 - Heat butter on medium, swirling it around until golden brown. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to cool.
03 - Mix the cooled butter and vanilla into the sugars, then blend that with the cooled flour.
04 - Add milk to the mixture, stir it together, then throw in the chocolate pieces.
05 - You can dig in right away—or pop it in the fridge to eat later.
