# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar).
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature.
03 - 1/4 cup mashed fresh raspberries or jam (your choice).
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
05 - 1 tablespoon shortening or coconut oil (optional).
06 - Freeze-dried raspberry powder for sprinkling.
07 - 1 cup white chocolate chips or meltable wafers.
08 - Extra melted white chocolate for decoration (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until creamy. Gently stir in the raspberries.
02 - Pop the mixture in the fridge for a half-hour to firm it up.
03 - Scoop out portions with a spoon, roll into little balls, and arrange on a tray covered with parchment.
04 - Let the balls freeze for about an hour until rock solid.
05 - Heat the white chocolate and optional oil in the microwave in short bursts until fully melted and smooth.
06 - Coat the frozen balls in melted chocolate, then sprinkle raspberry powder or drizzle extra chocolate on top.
07 - Let the coated balls rest in the fridge for a half-hour until the chocolate hardens.
