Grinch Oreo Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 44 Red Velvet Oreos (2 packs, 24.4 oz total).
02 - Softened cream cheese, 8 oz.
03 - 15 oz light green candy melts.
04 - Small red candy hearts for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Put parchment on the baking sheet. Grind up the Oreos in a food processor until they’re crumb-like.
02 - Whip the cream cheese till it's creamy. Stir in the Oreo crumbs till everything comes together.
03 - Make 1.5-inch balls from the mixture. Smooth them out and line them on the baking sheet. Chill for at least 2 hours.
04 - On low heat, stir candy melts in a double boiler until silky smooth. Scoop out 1/2 cup and save it for later use.
05 - Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy using a fork or toothpick. Let any extra coating drip off, then put it back on the tray.
06 - Drizzle saved melted candy over the coated balls, then stick a red heart on right away. Chill until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze uncoated balls for up to 3 months.
02 - Good in the fridge for 7 days.
03 - Try different Oreo flavors if you'd like.
