# Ingredients:

11 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 - Season with salt and black pepper as you like

01 - Combine all dressing components—olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, mustard, cheese, plus salt and pepper—in a small bowl or jar. If you're using a jar, secure the lid and give it a strong shake. Otherwise, whisk everything together until it looks smooth.
02 - Grab a big bowl and place in the shredded lettuce (both types), salami, chickpeas, and mozzarella. Mix everything together gently so it's evenly combined.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad, starting with a small amount and adding more as needed. Toss until every bit is nicely coated. If you'd like, sprinkle more salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
