Coat a 9x13 inch pan with butter or nonstick spray to prevent sticking.

In a big pan, stir together the chocolate chips, butter, corn syrup, and 5 cups of marshmallows over low heat. Keep the heat gentle and stir with a spatula until melted and smooth.

Take the pan off the heat and quickly mix in the Golden Grahams and the extra cup of marshmallows. It’ll be gooey and sticky!

Dump the mixture into the pan you greased earlier. Use a spatula (greased if needed) to flatten it out evenly.

Leave it to cool and harden for an hour at room temperature, then slice it into squares.
