Frozen Fruit Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 bananas, cut into slices
02 - Juice from one lemon
03 - 10 oz frozen raspberries or strawberries, chopped and slightly thawed
04 - 11 oz mandarin orange slices from a can, drained
05 - 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
06 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, beaten until soft peaks form
07 - 3/4 cup white sugar
08 - 20 oz canned crushed pineapple, drained
09 - 1/2 cup chopped pecan nuts
10 - 1/3 cup maraschino cherries, cut in halves

# Instructions:

01 - Using a large bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese and sugar until the mixture turns creamy and fluffy.
02 - Carefully mix the whipped cream into the cream cheese blend, making sure everything blends together nicely.
03 - Gently stir in the pineapple, chopped thawed berries, and mandarin oranges until everything's evenly spread.
04 - Toss in the chopped pecans and maraschino cherry halves, stirring gently to work them into the mix.
05 - To keep them from browning, coat the banana slices in lemon juice before folding them gently into the fruit mixture.
06 - Smooth the fruit blend out in a 9×13 pan, cover it up, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until it firms up.
07 - Take it out of the freezer, let it soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, slice into squares, and dig in.
