Air Fryer Cod Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
02 - 2 pieces of cod (around 150g each)

→ Seasonings

03 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your liking
04 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - Half a teaspoon of paprika

→ For Serving

06 - Fresh parsley leaves, if you want
07 - Lemon slices

# Instructions:

01 - Use a paper towel to gently dry each fillet before starting.
02 - Combine garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil in a bowl. Brush this mix over both sides of the cod.
03 - Put your seasoned fish fillets into the air fryer basket. Keep a little space between them so they don't overlap.
04 - Set your air fryer to 200°C/390°F and cook for 10-12 minutes. Keep an eye on it around minute 10—it's ready when the fish is white, no longer translucent, and flakes easily with a fork.
05 - Carefully take the fillets out of the fryer. Place them on a plate, add parsley if you'd like, and squeeze lemon juice on top just before eating. Enjoy right away!

# Notes:

01 - Thicker fish pieces might take a little longer to cook.
02 - Once your fork goes through cleanly, the fish is perfectly cooked.
03 - Don't stack the fillets in the air fryer basket—give them each their space.
