Use a paper towel to gently dry each fillet before starting.

Combine garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil in a bowl. Brush this mix over both sides of the cod.

Put your seasoned fish fillets into the air fryer basket. Keep a little space between them so they don't overlap.

Set your air fryer to 200°C/390°F and cook for 10-12 minutes. Keep an eye on it around minute 10—it's ready when the fish is white, no longer translucent, and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully take the fillets out of the fryer. Place them on a plate, add parsley if you'd like, and squeeze lemon juice on top just before eating. Enjoy right away!
