Crispy Chicken Ham Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tortillas, 8 inches each
02 - 8 slices of chicken ham (Black Forest style)
03 - 4 slices of cheese, Swiss variety
04 - 2 tablespoons mayo
05 - 4 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the tortillas into the microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds. Cover them with a damp paper towel first, so they don’t dry out. Spread mayo and Dijon mustard on each tortilla, smoothing it out evenly. Place two slices of ham on each one, then a piece of Swiss cheese on top. Tuck the sides in and roll them up snugly like a burrito, making sure they stay closed.
02 - Turn on your air fryer and set it to 380°F (193°C). Use a brush to lightly coat each wrap with some melted butter, so they crisp up nicely. Lay them seam-side down in the air fryer basket, keeping them from touching. Cook for 5 minutes, flipping them halfway to brown both sides evenly.
