Creamy Slow Cooker Cocoa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
02 - 6 cups full-fat milk.
03 - ¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened).
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla essence.
05 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream.
06 - ½ cup white sugar.
07 - Optional: whipped cream, mini marshmallows, caramel drizzle, candy canes.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into the slow cooker. Stir fast for a minute or two so the cocoa mixes well.
02 - Let it cook for 5 hours on low or 3 hours on high. Stir every 45 minutes to an hour to stop it from sticking to the bottom.
03 - Pour into mugs, then pile on your favorite toppings.
04 - Put leftovers in the fridge. Warm them up on the stove or microwave when you're ready.
