Peppermint Candy Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of chocolate almond bark.
02 - 3/4 cup of condensed milk (sweetened).
03 - 4 cups powdered sugar.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons minty peppermint extract.
05 - Optional toppings like sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Put a sheet of parchment or wax paper on a baking tray. Make space in your freezer.
02 - Combine condensed milk and mint extract in a bowl. Slowly add powdered sugar, mixing until stiff dough takes shape.
03 - Shape the dough into little balls, then press them gently into discs on the tray you've set up.
04 - Pop the tray into the freezer and leave the discs to chill for an hour.
05 - Microwave the almond bark in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring between, until fully melted and smooth.
06 - Dunk the frozen discs into the chocolate, letting the extra drip off. Sprinkle on toppings if you'd like.
07 - Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or pop it into the fridge to speed things up.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to tweak the peppermint flavor to your liking.
02 - Be quick when coating the cold discs in chocolate.
03 - Keep them fresh in a sealed container.
