Put a sheet of parchment or wax paper on a baking tray. Make space in your freezer.

Combine condensed milk and mint extract in a bowl. Slowly add powdered sugar, mixing until stiff dough takes shape.

Shape the dough into little balls, then press them gently into discs on the tray you've set up.

Pop the tray into the freezer and leave the discs to chill for an hour.

Microwave the almond bark in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring between, until fully melted and smooth.

Dunk the frozen discs into the chocolate, letting the extra drip off. Sprinkle on toppings if you'd like.
