→ Tacos

05 - 12 small tortillas, 6 inches each
06 - Melted butter, about 2 tablespoons
07 - A cup of shredded Cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a frying pan on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef, crumbling it with a spatula as it cooks. Once it's nice and brown, remove any extra grease left in the pan.
02 - Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef, following the directions on the packet. Give it a good stir to coat everything evenly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, use a whisk or hand mixer to smooth out the cream cheese. Combine it with salsa and mix till it's all blended well.
04 - Set a tortilla down flat. Spread the cream cheese mixture down the center, add some seasoned ground beef on top, and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over it generously.
05 - Wrap the tortilla around the filling like you would for a burrito. Roll it up nice and snug.
06 - Start by turning your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with spray, arrange the wraps on it, and brush them with the melted butter for a crispy finish.
07 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. They're ready when the tops look golden and crunchy.
