Cheesy Garlic Beef Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef (aim for 80/20 for juicy results)
02 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
07 - 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
08 - 8 ounces of cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes (you’ll need 16)
09 - 1/4 cup of melted butter
10 - 3 minced garlic cloves
11 - 1/3 cup of grated parmesan
12 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
13 - 6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pan, cook the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper until browned through.
02 - Take the biscuit dough out of the can. Stretch or roll each piece into a flat circle.
03 - Spoon some of the beef mixture and a cheese cube onto the center of each circle. Bring the edges of the dough together and seal them well to form a ball.
04 - Put the dough balls, seam side down, on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
05 - Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
06 - Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture using a basting brush.
07 - Place the tray in a 375°F (190°C) preheated oven. Let them cook for 15–18 minutes or until golden and fully baked.
08 - Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and enjoy while warm.
