Breakfast Sausage Patties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
02 - 1 pound of minced pork.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of finely crushed fennel seeds.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning used for poultry.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon of dried rosemary, broken into tiny pieces.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, ground fresh.
07 - 1/8 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground sage.
09 - 1/8 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon of dried thyme.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic in powder form.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all the seasonings and the pork into a bowl, and mix it up really well.
02 - Pop it into the fridge for at least two hours or let it sit there overnight.
03 - Shape the meat into six evenly sized patties, each about half an inch thick.
04 - Warm up your skillet on medium heat. Let each patty cook for about four minutes on each side until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Add some brown sugar if you want it sweeter.
02 - Swap in cayenne if you like it with a kick.
03 - Use ground turkey instead if you'd like.
