Blueberry Peanut Oats Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20g oats, rolled.
02 - 75g blueberries, frozen or fresh.
03 - 2 bananas, frozen (200g).
04 - 15g of peanut butter.
05 - 250ml oat-based milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Break the frozen bananas into chunks.
02 - Toss bananas, most blueberries, milk, and part of the oats into a blender. Mix until creamy.
03 - Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
04 - Scatter the rest of the blueberries and oats over the top. Add a peanut butter drizzle.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen bananas give a nice, thick texture.
02 - Get ingredients ready in advance.
03 - Swap in any non-dairy milk you like.
04 - Feel free to switch up the nut butter.
