Fire up your oven to 350°F (175°C). To keep things from sticking, line a baking pan with some parchment paper.

Leave the rolls together and slice them in half horizontally. Put the bottom layer into your baking dish.

Mix together the eggs, milk, a bit of salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat in a nonstick pan, stirring until they're soft and a little creamy.

Spread the scrambled eggs over the rolls' bottom half, then scatter the bacon and cheese evenly on top.

Place the top layer of the rolls back on. Brush them with melted butter. Add the herbs and garlic powder, if you're up for extra flavor.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Take off the foil and bake 5-7 minutes longer until the tops are golden and the cheese is gooey.
