Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 eggs, large
02 - 1/4 cup of milk
03 - 1 package of dinner rolls (12 rolls, Hawaiian style works great!)
04 - 6 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Seasoning & Finishing

06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
07 - Salt and pepper as needed
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
09 - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley or chives, if you want some fresh flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up your oven to 350°F (175°C). To keep things from sticking, line a baking pan with some parchment paper.
02 - Leave the rolls together and slice them in half horizontally. Put the bottom layer into your baking dish.
03 - Mix together the eggs, milk, a bit of salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat in a nonstick pan, stirring until they're soft and a little creamy.
04 - Spread the scrambled eggs over the rolls' bottom half, then scatter the bacon and cheese evenly on top.
05 - Place the top layer of the rolls back on. Brush them with melted butter. Add the herbs and garlic powder, if you're up for extra flavor.
06 - Cover the pan with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Take off the foil and bake 5-7 minutes longer until the tops are golden and the cheese is gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Perfect for brunch or hectic mornings, these breakfast sliders can even be made ahead and kept overnight.
02 - Switch up the bacon for sausage, ham, or veggies like mushrooms. Peppers or spinach are nice if you're looking for an extra healthy twist.
