Pineapple Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of pineapple, sliced into chunks, rings, or spears (from 1 fruit).
02 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
03 - 2-4 tablespoons of light brown sugar, adjust to your liking.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice your pineapple into pieces of roughly the same size. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
02 - Coat the pineapple chunks evenly by mixing them with cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
03 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with some cooking spray. Cook the pineapple for 6 to 8 minutes.
04 - Flip the pineapple over. Let it cook for another 6 to 8 minutes, or until it’s golden and caramelized.
05 - Allow the pieces to cool down a bit before you dig in. Feeling fancy? Add ice cream or whipped cream!

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add more or less sugar, based on your taste.
02 - Fresh pineapple works great, but canned is an option too.
03 - Store in the fridge for up to 4 or 5 days.
