Turn on the oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Split biscuits apart, then use your hands or rolling pin to flatten each one into a small round shape.

Put some shredded mozzarella and a handful of mini pepperoni in the middle of each circle.

Pull the dough edges together around the filling and press tightly to make a ball.

Mix butter, garlic powder, and seasonings in a bowl. Brush each ball generously with this blend.

Set the dough bombs seam-side down on the sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
