# Ingredients:

→ Filling & Dough

01 - 8 oz (1 can) store-bought biscuit dough
02 - Mini pepperoni (1/2 cup)
03 - Mozzarella cheese, shredded (3/4 cup)

→ Butter Mixture

04 - Melted butter (2 tablespoons)
05 - Italian herbs (1 teaspoon)
06 - Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)

→ Dipping Sauce

07 - Marinara or pizza sauce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Split biscuits apart, then use your hands or rolling pin to flatten each one into a small round shape.
03 - Put some shredded mozzarella and a handful of mini pepperoni in the middle of each circle.
04 - Pull the dough edges together around the filling and press tightly to make a ball.
05 - Mix butter, garlic powder, and seasonings in a bowl. Brush each ball generously with this blend.
06 - Set the dough bombs seam-side down on the sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Dip in marinara or pizza sauce and serve while they’re warm!

# Notes:

01 - Swap pepperoni for cooked chicken, veggies, or plant-based fillings.
02 - Flatten dough evenly so it bakes through properly.
03 - Don’t overfill the dough or skip sealing edges to avoid leaks.
04 - Freeze before baking and they’ll last up to two months.
