Fresh Summer Fruits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 2 cups blackberries
02 - 2 cups blueberries
03 - 4–6 cups of thinly sliced stone fruits (like peaches, cherries, nectarines, plums, or apricots)

→ Dressing

04 - Pinch of salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
06 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
07 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
08 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
09 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Thinly slice the stone fruits, and if using cherries, take out the pits.
02 - Toss all the prepped fruit into a big bowl.
03 - Mix lemon juice, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and thyme in a smaller bowl using a whisk until smooth.
04 - Drizzle the dressing over the fruit. Gently stir to coat. You can serve it right then or put it in the fridge for an hour to chill before eating.
