Easter Oreo Cookie Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 36 crushed Golden Oreo cookies (14.3 oz package)
02 - 8 oz softened cream cheese

→ Coating

03 - Gel food coloring
04 - 1 oz extra white candy coating per color for decoration
05 - 10 oz melted white candy coating

# Instructions:

01 - Blend Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs with a blender or processor. Stir the crumbs and cream cheese together until everything sticks together well.
02 - Spoon out about 1 1/2 tablespoons, then roll the mixture into egg shapes. Chill them in the fridge for an hour so they firm up.
03 - Heat 10 oz of white candy coating until completely melted. Stick a toothpick in the bottom, dip the chilled eggs in, shake off the extra coating, and place them on parchment paper. Remove the toothpick and cover the hole with more coating.
04 - When the coating sets, melt 1 oz per color of white candy coating. Mix them with food coloring until you get the shades you like. Use a piping bag or spoon to drizzle colors over for a fun design.

# Notes:

01 - Keep these refrigerated for up to 7 days.
02 - Such a fun project to do with the kids!
