Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into rounds about half a centimeter thick.

As you slice them, toss the potato pieces into a bowl of water to cut back on the starch. Drain that water when done and use kitchen towels or paper to dry them well.

Mix dried potato slices with olive oil, salt, garlic granules, and dried herbs in a large bowl until everything’s coated evenly.

Spread out the seasoned slices evenly in the air fryer basket. Cook them at 200°C (390°F) for 18 minutes. Shake the basket halfway so they cook evenly.

Check that the potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. If needed, give them another 2 minutes in the air fryer.

Dish out the potatoes as a snack or side and dig in!
