Crispy Potato Slices (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 4 large potatoes

→ Seasonings

03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic granules

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into rounds about half a centimeter thick.
02 - As you slice them, toss the potato pieces into a bowl of water to cut back on the starch. Drain that water when done and use kitchen towels or paper to dry them well.
03 - Mix dried potato slices with olive oil, salt, garlic granules, and dried herbs in a large bowl until everything’s coated evenly.
04 - Spread out the seasoned slices evenly in the air fryer basket. Cook them at 200°C (390°F) for 18 minutes. Shake the basket halfway so they cook evenly.
05 - Check that the potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. If needed, give them another 2 minutes in the air fryer.
06 - Dish out the potatoes as a snack or side and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Soaking the slices gets rid of extra starch, giving you a crispier bite.
02 - Dry the potato rounds really well before adding the seasonings.
03 - Feel free to serve these as a snack or alongside a meal.
