Mix the chicken cubes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until all the pieces are evenly coated.

Warm up a non-stick pan on medium heat. Toss in the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring it now and then, until it's golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool a bit.

Place the tortillas flat on your counter. Spread the garlic sauce over each one. Add the cooked chicken, then sprinkle both types of shredded cheese on top.

Fold the tortillas over the fillings securely. In the same pan, grill each side for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts, and the outside is crispy and golden.

Take the wraps out of the pan, slice them in half, and sprinkle some fresh parsley on top if you like. Enjoy them right away!
