Watermelon Burrata Dish

Fresh basil (1/4 cup)

2 balls of burrata cheese

Cubed watermelon (4 cups)

Salt and pepper, optional

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil
# Instructions:

Spread out the cubed watermelon on a big plate or tray.

Rip apart the burrata and toss it over the watermelon pieces.

Scatter the basil leaves all across the watermelon and cheese.

Pour balsamic glaze and olive oil over everything.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dig in right away.
