Tangy Creole Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons snipped dried chives
02 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 2 teaspoons all-purpose Creole seasoning mix
05 - 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
06 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 2/3 cup mayo
08 - 4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
09 - 1 tablespoon ketchup-style sauce
10 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
11 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Stir all the ingredients well in a big measuring cup or a small mixing bowl. Go ahead and serve right away if you're ready.
02 - If you've got time, pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour. It deepens the flavors nicely.
