Sweet Spicy Grilled Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 tablespoon chili powder.
03 - 6 tablespoons brown sugar.
04 - 1 cup of pineapple juice.
05 - 6 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, stir together BBQ sauce, chili powder, pineapple juice, red pepper flakes, and brown sugar until smooth.
02 - Toss the chicken into a zip-top bag, pour the sauce over it, seal it up, and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours (2-4).
03 - Warm up the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the marinated chicken and get rid of the used sauce.
04 - Pop the chicken onto the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping it a few times. It’s ready when the center reaches 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Keep chicken chilled in the marinade for safety and flavor.
02 - Ensure your grill is properly preheated, and don’t overcrowd your pieces.
03 - Want more flavor? Set aside some sauce before marinating the chicken and brush it on during grilling.
04 - Pairs wonderfully with grilled pineapple slices!
