Spinach Feta Watermelon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A quarter cup of feta, crumbled
02 - Four cups of baby spinach leaves
03 - Four cups of diced watermelon
04 - A quarter cup of toasted almond slices

→ Dressing Ingredients

05 - A couple tablespoons of olive oil
06 - Two tablespoons balsamic vinegar
07 - A pinch of salt
08 - Black pepper—adjust to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Toss watermelon chunks and spinach in a big bowl.
02 - Sprinkle on that crumbled feta and the sliced almonds.
03 - Stir balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a dash of salt, and a bit of pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Pour the dressing over everything and gently mix before serving right away.
