Sweet Spicy Nuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup pecans, not roasted.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder.
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt.
05 - 1 cup fresh almonds.
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary.
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon hot cayenne.
09 - 1 cup walnuts, natural and raw.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander spice.
11 - 1 cup plain, unsalted cashews.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 350°F and prepare a pan by covering it with parchment.
02 - Place all nuts in one layer, then bake for 10-12 minutes till they smell toasted.
03 - Warm coriander and cumin in a pan for half a minute, just until the aroma comes out.
04 - Mix butter, rosemary, cayenne, and sugar. Let it cook for a couple of minutes to blend.
05 - Coat warm baked nuts with the spicy mix and sprinkle in salt. Let them cool completely before serving.
