Sizzling Chicken Fajitas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinating Chicken

01 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
02 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 2 teaspoons sea salt
05 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
06 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
07 - ½ cup avocado oil
08 - 2 ½ pounds of chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, sliced into thin ¼-inch strips

09 - 8 tortillas, either flour or corn
10 - 2 bell peppers, sliced into strips
11 - 2 yellow onions, chopped into slices

→ Topping Suggestions

12 - Cilantro
13 - Lime wedges
14 - Shredded cheese, cheddar works great
15 - Tomatoes
16 - Sour cream
17 - Salsa

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender or mason jar, mix together ground cumin, lime juice, avocado oil, chili powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Blend or shake until the mixture becomes smooth.
02 - Lay out the chicken slices in a shallow dish and drench them with the prepared marinade. Cover it up and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours so the flavors soak in.
03 - Set your Blackstone grill to a medium-high temperature and coat it lightly with oil so nothing sticks.
04 - Toss the onion slices and pepper strips onto the grill. Stir every once in a while as they cook until they're a little charred and softened.
05 - Add the marinated chicken to the Blackstone and cook completely until the center reaches 165°F.
