Warm up a skillet on medium-high heat with some olive oil. Toss in your shrimp and cook till they turn pink and firm. Remove and keep them aside once done.

Lower the heat to medium and throw in the garlic. Let it cook for a couple of minutes. Keep stirring and make sure it doesn't burn, or it'll taste bitter.

Turn up the heat and pour in the wine with the lemon juice. Let it simmer and bubble until it reduces by about half.

Once the wine has cooked down, sprinkle in the Italian herb seasoning.

Turn the heat to low and slowly mix in the butter. Stir gently so it doesn't separate while melting.

Toss the shrimp back into the skillet, sprinkle with parsley, and season with a touch of salt and pepper. Stir it up so everything gets coated in that sauce.

Just before you serve, sprinkle the Parmesan over the shrimp for a final touch.
