→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
02 - 1 lb chicken breasts, no skin or bones, chopped into 1-inch pieces

→ Sauce

03 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
04 - 1/4 cup coconut aminos
05 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon honey
08 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
09 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic cloves, finely chopped
11 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
12 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional garnish)

→ Optional for Serving

13 - 1 cup white rice, already cooked
14 - 2 cups green beans, steamed

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the chicken into 1-inch chunks. Get the rice and green beans ready by following the directions from their packaging.
02 - Warm up the avocado oil in a pan on medium-high heat for about a minute. Toss in the chicken and cook it, stirring now and then, until the pieces are golden on all sides—roughly 10 to 12 minutes.
03 - As the chicken is cooking, grab a mixing bowl and stir together lime juice, lime zest, honey, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, powdered ginger, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper.
04 - Take the cooked chicken out of the skillet and set it aside. Pour the mixed sauce into the same skillet, turn the heat to medium-high, and stir regularly for around 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the mixture to bubble and thicken without sticking or burning.
05 - Add the cooked chicken back to the pan. Stir it well so every piece is coated in the thickened sauce.
06 - Dish up the sesame chicken over a bed of rice and green beans. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you'd like.
