Sausage with Green Beans (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb small yellow or golden potatoes, chopped into bite-sized chunks
02 - 4 pre-cooked sausages, sliced into rounds about 1/4 inch thick
03 - 12 oz fresh green beans, ends trimmed off
04 - 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
05 - 3/4 tsp sea salt
06 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
07 - 1/2 tsp powder made from garlic
08 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
09 - 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 425°F. Cover a 12" x 17" baking pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
02 - Toss your sausage, potatoes, and green beans right onto the baking sheet. Pour the olive oil over them, then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and oregano. Mix everything up and spread it all out evenly in one layer.
03 - Pop the tray into the oven. Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft when poked with a fork.
