Sausage Egg Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Essentials

01 - 8 refrigerated crescent rolls (about 8 oz)
02 - 4 eggs, large
03 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 2 tbsp milk
05 - 8 links of sausage

# Instructions:

01 - Pop your oven on to 350°F and let it get thoroughly heated.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausages thoroughly until they’re browned evenly and cooked through.
03 - Break the eggs into a small bowl and mix them with the milk. Hold back 2 tablespoons for brushing later, then cook the rest into loose scrambled eggs.
04 - Take the crescent dough and split it into 8 separate triangles. On the wider end of each, put a sausage link, add a bit of scrambled egg, and sprinkle with some cheese. Roll from the large end and tuck it snugly.
05 - Put the rolled crescents on a plain cookie sheet, brush the tops with the reserved egg mix, and bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden and flaky.

# Notes:

01 - These handhelds bring together eggs, sausage, and cheese, all cozied up in soft crescent dough. Perfect on-the-go breakfast!
02 - Whip up a batch in advance for busy weekday mornings. Simply reheat and enjoy!
