Pop your oven on to 350°F and let it get thoroughly heated.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausages thoroughly until they’re browned evenly and cooked through.

Break the eggs into a small bowl and mix them with the milk. Hold back 2 tablespoons for brushing later, then cook the rest into loose scrambled eggs.

Take the crescent dough and split it into 8 separate triangles. On the wider end of each, put a sausage link, add a bit of scrambled egg, and sprinkle with some cheese. Roll from the large end and tuck it snugly.

Put the rolled crescents on a plain cookie sheet, brush the tops with the reserved egg mix, and bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden and flaky.
