Sausage Bean Soup Creamy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cut-up carrots.
02 - 1 spoon oil.
03 - 2 cloves minced garlic.
04 - 1 cup cut-up green pepper.
05 - 1 can kidney beans, drained.
06 - 1/4 cup flour.
07 - 1/2 spoon ground black pepper.
08 - 4 cups milk.
09 - 1 can white beans, drained.
10 - 1/2 spoon salt.
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
12 - 6 spoons Worcestershire sauce.
13 - 1 cup chopped onion.
14 - 2 pounds kielbasa, sliced in chunks.
15 - 1/2 spoon dried sage.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up some oil in a large pot.
02 - Brown the sausage for about 5 minutes.
03 - Toss in the carrots, green pepper, onion, and garlic.
04 - Mix in a bit of salt and black pepper. Let it cook till veggies soften, about 5 minutes.
05 - Dust flour over the mixture, then stir everything together well.
06 - Stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes, waiting for that nutty smell.
07 - Slowly pour in the milk as you stir to keep it smooth.
08 - Heat and stir until the mixture thickens up.
09 - Stir in the beans, Worcestershire, and sage.
10 - Lower the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Give it a stir every now and then.
11 - Taste and adjust by adding more salt or pepper, if needed.
12 - Sprinkle parsley on top and serve with some bread on the side.
