02 - 1-2 teaspoons honey or vanilla syrup (adjust the sweetness to your liking)
03 - 1 teaspoon beetroot powder (or swap it with 2 tablespoons strawberry puree or hibiscus tea concentrate)
04 - Ice cubes if you'd like it chilled
05 - 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling—aim for about 175°F or 80°C)
06 - 1 teaspoon matcha powder

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a cup and whisk the beetroot powder (or your chosen pink ingredient) into a little milk until it’s smooth.
02 - Add as much honey or vanilla syrup as you'd prefer. Stir it well.
03 - Take a small bowl and mix the matcha with hot water. Whisk it until it’s frothy.
