Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 20-ounce can of pineapple chunks with juice.
03 - 16 ounces of balsamic vinaigrette.

# Instructions:

01 - Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
02 - Add the balsamic dressing and pineapple (with the juice).
03 - Put the lid on and let it slow cook for 8 hours.
04 - Shred the chicken and enjoy it on top of rice or mashed potatoes.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen or fresh chicken works fine.
02 - You can use less vinaigrette if you'd like.
