Pimento Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, at room temp.
02 - 2 cups cheddar, grated fresh (extra sharp).
03 - 4 oz jarred pimento, drained.
04 - 2 tbsp mayo.
05 - 1/4 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
07 - 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional for heat boost).
08 - Minced jalapeño, half of one (if you'd like).
09 - Pinch of salt, adjust as needed.
10 - Cracked black pepper, add to your taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into one big mixing bowl.
02 - Whip it together until it’s fully blended.
03 - Take a bite and adjust salt or pepper.
04 - Add a pinch more cayenne if you’re feeling bold.
05 - Scoop it into your serving bowl.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the cream cheese is soft.
02 - Microwave cream cheese a few seconds if needed.
03 - Stays good in the fridge up to 7 days.
04 - Leave it out 30 mins before eating.
05 - Roasted red peppers work as a pimento swap.
