Philly Cheesesteak Twist (Print Version)

01 - 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
06 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
07 - 1 pound ground beef

08 - 4 large hamburger buns, optional to toast

# Instructions:

01 - Grab what you need. Dice the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Chop up the garlic to bring out its flavor.
02 - Toss the ground beef into a big pan on medium heat. Break it apart as it cooks until no pink is left. This should take 5-7 minutes. Drain off the grease.
03 - Stir the diced onion and green bell pepper into the beef. Let them cook for around 5 minutes while stirring now and then. They should soften and smell great.
04 - Mix in the chopped garlic and pour in the Worcestershire sauce. Stir everything and cook for another minute until the garlic smells amazing.
05 - Turn the heat down a notch. Add the cream cheese and keep stirring until it's completely blended into the mix. This will take 3-4 minutes.
06 - Lay the slices of provolone on the beef mixture. Cover the pan with a lid or foil and let the cheese melt for about 2 minutes.
07 - Toast your buns if you like. Load up each bun with a generous scoop of the mixture, then place the tops on.
