Spoon blobs of peanut butter into dough, then use a knife to swirl it around softly for a marbled look.

Put the dough in the fridge with a lid on it. Leave it there at least an hour to chill!

Turn oven on to 350°F first. Drop dough on baking sheets lined with paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until they’re set but still soft.

Combine the flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda using a whisk.

Whip the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beating until smooth. Slowly mix the dry ingredients in.

Cool cookies on the sheet for five minutes first. Move them over to a wire rack to finish cooling.
