Pea Salad Classic Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup diced red onion
02 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - ¼ cup sour cream
04 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
05 - 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill or parsley
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - ½ cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 cups of thawed frozen peas
09 - ¼ cup bacon crumbles

# Instructions:

01 - Leave frozen peas out for about 10–15 minutes or rinse in cold water, then drain completely.
02 - Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl until creamy.
03 - Place thawed peas, onions, cheese, bacon, and chopped eggs into a big bowl.
04 - Drizzle the mixed dressing over the bowl's contents and carefully stir until everything is coated evenly.
05 - Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
06 - Right before eating, scatter some fresh parsley or dill on top for a pop of flavor.
