Toss the pineapple juice, coconut cream mix, light and dark rum, and ice into a strong blender.

Crank the blender up to medium or high, letting everything whip together until it’s smooth and foamy. Shouldn’t take longer than 30–45 seconds.

Carefully transfer the drink into a cold glass. A tall hurricane or highball glass works best.

Finish it with a wedge of pineapple, a cherry on top, and a few pineapple leaves to give it that island vibe.
