Crumble the Oreos into small chunks and set them aside in a bowl.

Heat the white chocolate chips as instructed on their packaging until smooth.

While the chocolate is still warm, stir in the mint extract and a drop or two of the green food dye. Next, toss in the broken cookie pieces and evenly coat them.

Spread the chocolate-cookie mixture into an even layer inside a freezer-safe pan lined with wax paper. Freeze for about two hours until firm.
