Mint Oreo Bark (Print Version)

01 - 24 oz white chocolate chips
02 - About 20 standard Oreos (half a 15.5 oz package), crumbled
03 - Green food dye
04 - Mint extract, use between 1/4 and 1/2 tsp to your liking

# Instructions:

01 - Crumble the Oreos into small chunks and set them aside in a bowl.
02 - Heat the white chocolate chips as instructed on their packaging until smooth.
03 - While the chocolate is still warm, stir in the mint extract and a drop or two of the green food dye. Next, toss in the broken cookie pieces and evenly coat them.
04 - Spread the chocolate-cookie mixture into an even layer inside a freezer-safe pan lined with wax paper. Freeze for about two hours until firm.
05 - Take the firm bark out of the freezer, snap it into pieces, and it's ready to eat!
