Mix pudding mix with milk until it thickens.

Gently stir Cool Whip until fully mixed in.

Smash up half of the Oreos inside a sealed plastic bag.

Add the smashed Oreos to the pudding mixture and fold them together.

Pour everything into a 9x13 pan and level it out.

Crush the rest of the Oreos for the topping layer.

Sprinkle the crushed cookies all over the top.

Pop it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
