No-Bake Lime Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 10-inch store-bought graham cracker crust
02 - 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 big limes)
03 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 full can)
04 - Zest from 1 lime, split up (save a bit for topping)
05 - 16 ounces cream cheese (2 blocks, softened at room temp)

→ Optional Garnish

06 - Lime slices for decoration (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and most of the lime zest (save a little) into a big bowl. Blend on high power till it's creamy and smooth (around 4 minutes).
02 - Spoon the creamy mixture into the graham cracker crust.
03 - Sprinkle the leftover lime zest over the top, then pop it in the fridge for 3–4 hours until the filling firms up.
04 - Keep it cool while serving, and add some lime slices on top if you want.

# Notes:

01 - You can stick with store-bought crust or whip up your own if you'd like.
02 - If you can't find key limes, regular limes work just fine. About 2 large ones should cover the juice and 1 more for zest.
03 - For the best flavor, stick to regular cream cheese over light or fat-free options.
