Passion Fruit Mojito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 squirts of Amoretti Passion Fruit Beverage Infusion
02 - 10 mint leaves, fresh
03 - Half an ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice
04 - One cup (180 ml) of sparkling water
05 - 30 ml of cold hibiscus tea
06 - Extras to top it off: mint, lime, and edible flowers

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the mint leaves into a cocktail glass, then gently mash them.
02 - Pour in the lime juice, the passion fruit infusion, the sparkling water, and toss in some ice. Give it a nice stir to mix well.
03 - Gently drizzle the chilled hibiscus tea over the top.
04 - Add a touch of flair with a sprig of mint, a lime round, and a flower if you'd like. Serve right away.
