Dump the popped popcorn into a big bowl. Pick out the unpopped ones, then put it off to the side.

Melt together the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat in a pot. Keep stirring until it’s smooth.

Toss in the marshmallows and vanilla. Stir non-stop until it all melts into a creamy mixture.

Take it off the heat. Pour it all over the popcorn and mix quickly to cover every piece. Spread it onto a baking sheet to let it firm up before snacking.
