Marshmallow Popcorn Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups mini marshmallows or 20 large marshmallows
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla
03 - 1 bag (3.2 oz) of microwave popcorn, popped
04 - ½ cup of butter (1 stick)
05 - 1 cup of packed brown sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon of light corn syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the popped popcorn into a big bowl. Pick out the unpopped ones, then put it off to the side.
02 - Melt together the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat in a pot. Keep stirring until it’s smooth.
03 - Toss in the marshmallows and vanilla. Stir non-stop until it all melts into a creamy mixture.
04 - Take it off the heat. Pour it all over the popcorn and mix quickly to cover every piece. Spread it onto a baking sheet to let it firm up before snacking.

01 - Let it sit a bit to cool down. That way the texture’s perfect when you eat it.
