Chewy Chocolate Swirl Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
02 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
04 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
06 - 2 large eggs at room temperature.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon each of baking powder and soda.
08 - 1 cup butter, softened.
09 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
10 - 2 cups chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Carefully swirl the cocoa dough with the plain dough.
02 - Separate the dough into two parts and mix cocoa in one part.
03 - Stir in the eggs individually, then add the vanilla.
04 - Whip together the butter and sugars until airy and light—about 3 minutes.
05 - Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and powder using a whisk.
06 - Let the dough sit in the fridge for 60 minutes.
07 - Roll into balls and cook for about 10–12 minutes at 350°F.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t stir too much while marbling, or the designs will disappear.
02 - Take them out while the middles are still soft for a chewy result.
