Blueberry Lemon Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ Pudding Foundation

01 - 2 cups of milk
02 - Two packs of instant lemon pudding (each 3.4 oz)

β†’ Cream Topping

03 - 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream for whipping
04 - 3 tbsp of sugar

β†’ Extras

05 - 12 Golden Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
06 - 1-2 tsp of grated lemon peel
07 - 3 cups of fresh blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Mix milk and instant lemon pudding mix in a big bowl using a whisk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to set.
02 - Grab an electric mixer and beat sugar and heavy whipping cream together. Stop when you see firm peaks.
03 - Carefully mix the whipped cream into the thickened pudding until it’s all blended.
04 - Toss in chopped cookies, fresh berries, and lemon zest, gently mixing them in.
05 - Cover and pop the bowl in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or even a full day, before digging in.
