Kick off by warming the air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes. At the same time, place the chicken in a deep bowl, pour oil on top, and give it a good toss. Shake on the seasoning blend—paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper—and stir to get everything covered.

Mist the air fryer’s basket lightly with the cooking spray. Lay the chicken pieces down flat in a single layer. Make sure they’re not cramped or touching.

Let the chicken cook in the fryer at 380°F for 16 minutes. No flipping or stirring needed.

When done, open up the fryer basket. Use a thermometer to confirm the thickest section of the chicken reaches at least 150°F.

Move the chicken to a serving dish and cover it snugly with foil. Wait about 5 minutes so it holds onto its juices. Slice it up (cutting against the grain) and enjoy!
