# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
02 - 2 pounds of chicken breasts, no skin or bones

→ Seasoning Mix

03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
04 - 3/4 teaspoon of salt
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ For Cooking

09 - Nonstick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Kick off by warming the air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes. At the same time, place the chicken in a deep bowl, pour oil on top, and give it a good toss. Shake on the seasoning blend—paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper—and stir to get everything covered.
02 - Mist the air fryer’s basket lightly with the cooking spray. Lay the chicken pieces down flat in a single layer. Make sure they’re not cramped or touching.
03 - Let the chicken cook in the fryer at 380°F for 16 minutes. No flipping or stirring needed.
04 - When done, open up the fryer basket. Use a thermometer to confirm the thickest section of the chicken reaches at least 150°F.
05 - Move the chicken to a serving dish and cover it snugly with foil. Wait about 5 minutes so it holds onto its juices. Slice it up (cutting against the grain) and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For smaller breasts (5-7 oz): cook for 14 minutes
02 - For medium breasts (8-9 oz): cook 16 minutes
03 - For larger breasts (10+ oz): cook for 18 minutes
04 - If it’s not done, add another 2 minutes to the cooking time.
